THE GOWER SHOW 2019 - WHAT A DAY !
Well what a day it turned out to be. The weather was a bit indecisive early on but when the sun came out the crowds appeared. And what a day it turned out to be.
It was lovely to see customers past, present & indeed future and catch up with them in what was an amazing & vibrant show.
The effort the organisers & the exhibitors put into the show for the one day is immense. There were challenges this year with equine flu & TB, however the organisers catered for these and the show rings were packed.
If you called by the stand and entered our free raffle for a Honda lawn mower then the winner was Lisa Hopkins of Swansea. We have been in touch with Lisa and after she returns from holiday she will take delivery of her brand new machine. People were suspect as to whether it was free and we would actually give it away - we did. Keep an eye out for the news feed when Lisa has her machine.
And of course the day wouldn't have been complete with out an apearance of Celtic Mowers very own Stig ! He took part in the ride-on lawn mower challenge in the main arena in the morning and afternoon. He faced many challengers and it was fun for all to see.
A big thank you to Ellie Jayne - at eleven years of age to take the microphone in the centre of the ring on both occasions was amazing. She delivered an impeccable commentary whilst providing hundreds of onlookers with details of Celtic Mowers and the products and services we offer - well done Ellie Jayne.
