CHRISTMAS IS A TIME FOR GIVING.
As a family run business we really appreciate the Christmas period and the chance it gives us to spend quality time with family & loved ones.
However we also appreciate that there are those who are less fortunate with Christams being a challenge for whatever the reasons. December 2017 saw us make a small donation to http://matthewshouse.org.uk/ so we thought this year we could do a lot better.

Matthews House is a truely inspirational place located on High Street in Swansea. Follow the above link to see more about the amazing work they do for the community.
On Christmas Day when we are all opening our presents and tucking into the Christmas dinner the volunteers of Matthews House will be preparing & serving Christmas Dinner for around 50 guests.
So Terry & Gary sat down with their families to discuss what we could do to help. If the volunteers are prepeared to give up their time on Christmas Day then it's the least we can do to make a contribution.
It was decided by all with advice & guidance from Thom Lynch (Matthews House Project Manager) that we would donate food etc. for the guests on Christmas Day. So Terry & Gary with the help of their daughters Ellie Jayne, Ruby & Millie made several shopping trips and delivered the food etc. in person to Thom, Sally & the team at Matt's Cafe.
Seeing the project in full swing at around 10.30am on a Monday morning was amazing. All the volunteers were hard at work serving guests breakfast in a warm, safe & friendly environment.
Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas & a Happy & Prosperous New Year.
